MS Office is a suite of software applications that enables users to create, edit, and manage various types of documents, presentations, spreadsheets, and more. The MS Office course covers the fundamentals of each of these applications, including MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Shortcut keys, Internet, Outlook, OneNote, and Microsoft Teams.
MS Word: This course teaches students how to create, edit, save, and print text documents, as well as format fonts and paragraphs. Students also learn how to insert tables, use track changes, create headers and footers, and use mail merge.
MS Excel: Students learn the basics of spreadsheets and how to work with functions and formulas, modify data, create charts and graphs, and use data filters.
MS PowerPoint: This course covers creating, formatting, and printing slides, applying auto layouts, adding custom animation, and inserting multimedia.
Shortcut keys: Students learn how to quickly access the various features of each MS Office application by using shortcut keys.
Internet, Outlook, OneNote, and Microsoft Teams: This course also covers the basics of each of these applications and how they can be used in conjunction with other MS Office applications.
